The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in an LA Traffic Collision
Vince Zampella, the mind behind the immensely successful video game Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in the state of California he was 55 years old.
Zampella's death was verified by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.
The influential video game developer died after his car crashed and burst into flames on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday morning, as reported by.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and we stand with his family and friends, his loved ones, and everyone impacted by his work," a representative from Electronic Arts stated.
